Patrick Fisher Joins Orthofix as President of Global Orthopaedics

Patrick Fisher has been named President of the Orthofix Global Orthopaedics division of Orthofix Medical. Fisher will work under Orthofix President and CEO Massimo Calafiore as a member of the Executive Leadership team. Fisher was the Vice President and General Manager of the Foot and Ankle business unit at Stryker Corporation before joining the company. In addition, he was President of Wright Medical's Lower Extremity and Biologics division, which Stryker purchased in 2020. Fisher has successfully developed and implemented cutting-edge methods for commercial optimisation in the areas of sales, marketing, R&D, clinical research, and medical education, leading teams of experts from across the world. Orthofix has a history of clinical innovation that dates back to its early beginnings in 1980, and it offers a portfolio of orthopaedics that is distinctively different.

Fisher holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Rhodes College. He serves on the boards of the University of Tennessee Research Advisory Board, the Memphis Chairman's Circle, and the Greater Memphis Medical Device Council.
