This year at ACHEMA 2024, Antares Vision Group, renowned for its traceability and visual inspection solutions, unveils the new pinnacle of pharmaceutical quality control with its HR600 PHC checkweigher. Engineered for exceptional accuracy, this advanced system is tailored to meet the rigorous demands of the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring both quality and patient safety at unparalleled levels.
Advanced Precision for Enhanced Safety The HR600 PHC, known for its precision, is crucial where exact measurements directly correlate with patient safety and product quality. Featuring an innovative weighing system, the checkweigher can accurately detect the presence or absence of package inserts at high operational speeds, supported by a meticulously designed carton pick-up and transport system. Available in two models, the standard HR600 PHC handles up to 600g, while an upgraded version accommodates up to 1,200g.
Compliance and Customization Fully compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 regulations, the HR600 PHC integrates a SCADA system, ensuring adherence to the strictest quality standards. The checkweigher’s versatile and modular design allows adaptation to a variety of packaging formats. This flexibility is achieved through its compact and accessible structure, equipped with tangential belts and micrometric handwheels for top-down rejection and precise alignment adjustments, enhancing consistency across different product formats.
Innovative Features for Optimal Operation The HR600 PHC is not just a checkweigher but a comprehensive solution featuring a top-bottom gripper system that perfectly syncs with incoming packaging machines. It includes an advanced weighing unit with small conveyor belts to minimize background noise, and a high-speed, high-resolution load cell for rapid and accurate weight assessments. A fail-safe design maintains product safety within the machine, even if a reject occurs. Additional features include an ‘open flap’ check system for case closure verification and an independent double rejection system to ensure product integrity.
