EUROAPI has named Olivier Falut as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective October 17, 2024. He will succeed Evelyne Nguyen, who will stay on until the end of October to ensure a smooth transition. EUROAPI’s CEO, Ludwig de Mot, highlighted Falut’s extensive background in finance and the industrial sector, emphasizing his role in the company’s FOCUS-27 transformation plan. Falut, with nearly 30 years of experience at companies like Fareva and Lactalis, expressed his excitement about contributing to the company’s long-term growth and future projects.
Falut's career began in financial auditing, notably with Ernst & Young in France and the U.S. He later transitioned into leadership roles in finance at prominent companies, such as Bosch France and Oberthur Technologies, before serving as CFO for companies like Sodiaal, Segula Technologies, and Limagrain. He holds degrees from ESSEC Business School and in business law, as well as having passed the French bar exam.
