Opening Up New Era of Technology at PharmaTech Expo, Gandhinagar

PharmaNow is proud to be the media partner for the 17th edition of PharmaTech Expo 2024 & LabTech Expo 2024, a renowned event that has consistently been a highlight in the industry. Over the years, it has become a key forum for displaying current innovations and technologies across all stages of the product life cycle, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical manufacturing, processing technologies, and related systems & services. The event is proudly associated with the Drug Marketing & Manufacturing Association (DMMA) as an event partner.

Building on the positive feedback and success of previous events, we are thrilled to announce the 17th Edition of PharmaTech Expo 2024 & LabTech Expo 2024, taking place from August 8th to 10th at the Helipad Exhibition Centre in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This year, we are placing a strong emphasis on visitor engagement, with a focus on the pharmaceutical machinery and equipment manufacturing sector, pharmaceutical packaging, lab and analytical instruments, pharmaceutical formulations, and nutraceuticals. Moreover, we are excited to introduce a dedicated pavilion showcasing pumps, valves, pipes, and fittings within the exhibition area.

Outlined below are the key highlights of the upcoming PharmaTech Expo 2024 & LabTech Expo 2024:

The exhibition has been planned in the space of 25000 square meters, with more than 400 Exhibitors displaying Machinery and Equipment for producing drugs and pharmaceutical products & the event is expected to be visited by about 20000 visitors.

A Seminar on Facility and System Upgradation as Per Revised “Schedule M” and Regulatory Compliance for Nutraceuticals on 8th August 2024 at 12.00 to 14.00.

Indo-Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IACCI) is organising Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet concurrently with the event and bringing in Buyers from African Countries including Angola, Burkina Faso, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mozambique, Namibia and Sudan One to one meeting with entrepreneurs / industrialists from African Countries has been organised from 8th to 10th August 2024 during the event.

The event has been supported by major organizations in the field including Food and Drug Control Administration (Gujarat State), Indo African Chamber of Commerce & Industry (IACCI), the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India (Mumbai), National Small Industries Corporation Limited (NSIC), Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIEO), Drug Marketing & Manufacturing Association (DMMA) Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises - MSME (GOI).

This three-day event will feature an exhibition, a technical seminar, and a Buyer-Seller meeting, offering a valuable opportunity for industry professionals to explore the latest trends and challenges in the pharmaceutical machinery and product sector, with a special focus on this region. The exhibition will highlight the latest products, machinery, and technological advancements, providing a platform for test marketing, business development, as well as technology adoption. It will be an ideal setting for machinery manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, academia, and other participants to network and engage in meaningful discussions.

Shri Rushikesh Patel appreciated the organising of this exhibition and said that the efforts made by Government of Gujarat in the health section has been transformative ad rejuvenating. The State boasts for 30% India’s Export of Pharmaceutical and drug industry products. The significant policy decision and notable initiatives as resulted in expeditious development of pharma industry in Gujarat.
